The Living Fit™ Fitness Trilogy allows you to START Fitness™ at any level. From Basic to Advanced, each DVD gets appropriately and progressively harder. Within each workout you'll participate in time-tested military fitness exercises to include a warm-up and cool-down, push-ups, jumping jacks, jogging in place, abdominal exercises, and much more. With the help of mixed music from a live DJ, each exercise flows into the next, giving you the opportunity to build your heart rate and keep it up! Instead of working out with models you will sweat with actual San Francisco based, START Fitness™ program participants.
Basic: Operation Wake-Up Call™ (30 minutes) 126-128 beats per minute
Intermediate: Operation Double Time™ (47 minutes) 134-136 beats per minute
Advanced: Operation Fit to Fight™ (52 minutes) 143-146 beats per minute
