Soldier's Angels

The Soldiers' Angels was started by a self-described "ordinary mother" of an ordinary young man turned hero, SGT Brandon Varn. Brandon was deployed in Iraq and has since honorably completed his mission and has returned back to his proud and loving family.

Through the efforts of many dedicated volunteers a community of Angels has developed many programs to provide aid and comfort to our military and their families. Returns & Exchanges

At AmericanSoldier.com, your satisfaction in our products is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item.

For the fastest service on an exchange, call 866-255-5001 to request an exchange. For a quick exchange, we'll need to charge you for the new item, but we'll ship it the next day for a flat fee of $5.00 (US shipments only). Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

For returns, simply return the merchandise with a copy of your packing slip. Circle the item you're returning and we'll credit you for the cost of that item.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I pay for my merchandise?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club through our online order form.

If you would like to pay by check, please contact us at our offices at 866-255-5001 or at service@americansoldier.com and we can assist you. Upon receipt of your check, your merchandise will be mailed to you!

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on your shipping method and location. During your checkout process your shipping method selected by UPS will show estimated delivery times assuming you are ordering in stock merchandise. Orders placed before noon usually ship same business day.

If your merchandise is on backorder, delivery may take 4 weeks while new merchandise is manufactured. Please contact us at service@americansoldier.com for status or if you selected shipping by UPS your order confirmation will include a tracking number.

Can American Soldier ship to APO Addresses or to addresses outside the United States?

If you are ordering an item and having it sent directly to an APO address or address outside the United States, we will need to speak with you either over the phone or via email to set up the shipment.

APO addresses are serviced only by the United States Postal Service. Delivery to APOs may take 4-6 weeks. Shipping times to locations outside the United States will vary.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping on items from American Soldier starts with a base UPS rate. Add to that the cost of insurance (in case of damage of loss of the item in transit). You can save when you buy more items, however: it will typically cost the same amount to ship one item as it does to ship three or four! To save money, consolidate your purchases.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes! Orders placed before noon, Monday-Thursday will ship same day and should arrive next business day. Orders placed on Fridays after noon may ship Monday morning. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method and please contact us directly if you have any questions.

What sizes should I buy?

Gildan shirts are standard T-shirt sizes, while American Apparel runs a little smaller. Click here to view our size chart.

Why do some shirts cost more than others?

American Soldier prints on shirts from several manufacturers, including American Apparel and Gildan, and on several different models of shirts. These shirts vary in wholesale cost to us, and the higher-quality shirts cost a little more.
